"Was I the only one who noticed how dirty it felt?"
I went in for a quick tidy up, but the place just didn’t feel clean to me. There was hair all over the floor, the seats had marks on them, and the station didn’t look like it had been wiped down. I know salons can get busy, so maybe I caught them at a bad time? But it was really off-putting and I couldn’t relax at all. I don’t think I’ll be going back.

"I’ve been to a couple of Regis..."
I’ve been to a couple of Regis salons now and they was mostly consistent, which is nice. The staff are friendly and I usually get the cut I asked for. One time my appointment ran late and it feel a bit rushed, so I wouldn’t give it 5 stars. But overall, it’s reliable and I know what I’m getting when I book at different locations.

"Easy to book, just a little slow"
Booking was straightforward, and I got through it without any real issues. The only thing I noticed was that the site took a bit longer to load between steps, especially after clicking the final button. Not a big deal, but it did make the process feel slightly slower than expected.

"Easy to book, but I had to be a little flexible"
I booked an appointment through Regis and it was simple overall. There were a decent number of time slots, and I was relieved I could get one after work without waiting weeks, especially since I didn’t want to spend extra trying to find something last minute elsewhere.
The only reason I’d go with 4 stars is that some of the weekend slots were already taken, so I had to be a bit flexible. Still, for the price and how easy it was to book, I thought it was a solid option with no real hassle...

"The stylist did listen to what I wanted..."
The stylist did listen to what I wanted, which I appreciated, but the haircut itself felt a little rushed and the ends didn’t come out totally even. Also, the appointment reminders were way too aggressive, I got so many that it was kind of annoying. Overall, not terrible, but average

"Pretty smooth overall"
The staff were professional and easy to deal with, and my haircut turned out good. I did have to wait a little longer than expected, which was totally fine, obviously, not like I was watching the clock or anything. But overall, I was happy with the experience.

"Felt a little rushed"
I don’t know, I was just expecting a bit more care. The whole thing felt kind of rushed, and the final look wasn’t really what I asked for. I didn’t notice everything until I got home, but there were a few uneven spots and little details that were just... yeah. For a salon visit, I thought it would feel more polished. I probably wouldn’t go back

"Aftercare advice could’ve been clearer"
I felt like the aftercare advice was a bit rushed and not super helpful. When I asked for more detail, the reply was basically along the lines of, “just follow the usual steps and you’ll be fine,” which didn’t really clear things up for me. I would’ve appreciated something a little more specific and reassuring.

"The visit was okay. The chair was..."
The visit was okay. The chair was comfortable enough at first, so it’s not like I was miserable or anything, but I did feel a little awkward just sitting there waiting. The salon also felt kind of cramped, which didn’t really help me relax. To be fair, the staff were nice and everything looked clean, so I’m not saying it was a bad experience. It just wasn’t the most comfortable or relaxing salon visit I’ve had.

"Convenient, but don’t expect anything special"
Just a heads-up for anyone thinking of going here: the salon is definitely easy to get to from work, which is a plus. But aside from the convenient location, my visit was just okay. The service was fine, nothing terrible, but nothing that stood out either.

"Felt like they were trying to upsell me the whole time"
The haircut itself was fine, nothing amazing but not bad. What made it uncomfortable was how much they kept pushing extra treatments and products. It felt less like a normal appointment and more like they were trying to tack on stuff I didn’t really ask for. I also started wondering if some of the suggestions were going to show up as extra charges later, which made the whole experience feel a bit off

"Colour fix didn’t really land, and the refund dragged on"
I had my colour done and it came out patchy, so I went back in for a correction. The stylist was friendly and tried to help, but it still wasn’t really what I’d asked for, which was frustrating after already spending the time and money on it.

I also asked about a refund and that whole part felt like a bit of a runaround. I had to chase for proper answers, and it took way longer than it should have. I also started wondering if there were extra charges or little fees being worked in somewhere, because the pricing/refund side didn’t feel very clear. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely disappointing.

"Decent salon, but the service was a bit disappointing"
I went in hoping for a straightforward experience, but the customer service kind of took the shine off it. I had to wait ages for someone to get back to me, and when they finally did, the reply wasn’t really that helpful. It felt like I was being brushed off a bit, which was frustrating, especially since I’d already had a long day and was sitting there checking my phone like every five minutes with a half-finished coffee next to me. The salon itself was fine enough, nothing terrible, but the lack of proper communication definitely let it down for me.

"Just didn’t feel worth it"
I tried the hair treatment, my gut feeling right after was that it wasn’t going to do much. My hair still felt dry afterward, and by the next day it looked exactly the same as before. Maybe it works for other people, but for me it felt like a waste of money.

I went in looking for a simple haircut and felt like it was worth what I paid. It’s not the cheapest place I’ve found, but the cut turned out decent and I left happy enough with the experience.

"Website said one thing, but I still ended up waiting"
I booked my appointment based on what the website said, but when I got there it was a totally different experience. I ended up waiting about 35 minutes past my scheduled time, and no one really explained what was going on. It was confusing and frustrating, especially since this has happened before.
